By using Atrangii’ services, you accept the following Terms and Conditions, as well as the manner in which Atrangii operates. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Atrangii and You, and supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between You and Atrangii with respect of Your use of Atrangii.
Information on https://atrangii.net/, such as the “How it Works” or “Help” section, are only recommendations and are not intended as guidelines. Atrangii is not liable or responsible for the actions of users or other individuals who have read or been informed of such information or other written material.
Atrangii undertakes to follow all local tax legislation for the sale of bid packages and goods in the countries in which it operates, such as payment of VAT.

Atrangii reserves the right to limit the number of user accounts per household. A user may not use any external software to automatically place Quotes for the product.
Atrangii reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate any user’s account based on suspicion of the use of such software.

Registering

You hereby declare and warrant that You are at least the age of majority subject to the laws of the state, city, or other legal entity, therefore You can engage in a binding contract; You reside in a jurisdiction in which Atrangii operates; Your user account may be used only by You and not by anyone else. All information that you provide us during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and you shall immediately notify us of any change of such information.
You are allowed to have only one account. If you attempt to open more then one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed.
Atrangii will never ask for Your password apart from login. You are solely responsible for Your user account password and its preservation. We suggest that you not provide your password to anyone, including Atrangii’ employees. User accounts are non-transferable.
We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
You will be getting alerts messages through whatsapp or Text Messages of all products listed in our website and other promotional offers regularly.
Your Confidential information we never share with any third party, it will be used only for our products and promotions only.

How it works – Quoting Price for the Product

Users can quote his price by manually clicking the relevant product button. Even Atrangii will keep their Standard price. After placing your price quote, management will review your quote price, if your price approved by management then your product will be dispatch. If management doesn’t approved your price quote, then your quote will be rejected and will intimate to you. Management decision will be final and no questions will be entertained. Once the Products sold, the deal for that particular product will be stopped, and product will be removed from the site.

Delivery terms

All the approved sales, will be dispatched as per mentioned in the product description.

We never charge advance amount for the product, all the products will have cash on delivery. We are not responsible if you make any payments to any one related our product in advance. All the product Warranty will carry by their own brands, Atrangii are no were responsible for the same.

Returns – Refunds

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the user. All technical service and product support matters must be taken up directly with the manufacturer according to their terms. In case of cancellation of an order, only the purchase price will be refunded. So, shipping costs and spent bids will never be refunded.

Account Termination

TERMINATION BY YOU :
You may close your account at any time by sending us notification of your intention.
TERMINATION BY Atrangii :
Atrangii reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate Your account at its sole discretion if it determines You have violated these Terms & Conditions, any laws, or the rights of our other users or other third parties. Examples of unauthorized usage include the use of unauthorized third-party bidding or bid tracking software, the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, or if Atrangii suspects fraudulent account activity or behavior.
You agree that if Atrangii, in good faith and in its sole discretion, determines that You have breached these Terms & Conditions, Atrangii may withhold, cancel or otherwise retain any and all of Your pending deliveries and/or refunds for bids.

Damages – Errors – Limits on Liability

Claims for damages by the User against Atrangii, its legal representatives, employees or parties who assist in performance are not permitted. In particular, Atrangii shall not be liable for faulty operation of the phone or computer hardware/software during bid submission and for incorrect/slow transmission of bidding data by phone/ISP. Should such an event occur, the User shall have no legal rights over the item. User expressly agrees that use of Atrangii is at user’s sole risk. Atrangii does not guarantee any results that may be obtained from the use of the website. Atrangii cannot guarantee continuous access to the service. While we will use all reasonable endeavors to keep an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this and we do not give any promises or warranties (whether express or implied) about the availability of our services. In the event that an price quoting has closed irregularly, Atrangii cannot guarantee you for availability of this site and their promotions at all time. All the running promotions and free gifts promotions may discontinue at any given point.

Applicable Law

• Any dispute, controversy or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act,

• The dispute, controversy or claims arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be referred to two (2) arbitrators, one (1) to be appointed by each party and such arbitrators shall then appoint a third arbitrator.

• The place of arbitration shall be Nashik and any award whether interim or final, shall be made, and shall be deemed for all purposes between the parties to be made, in Nashik, All the disputes arising in this agreement will settled only Nashik jurisdiction courts only.

• The arbitral procedure shall be conducted in the English language and any award or awards shall be rendered in English. The procedural law of the arbitration shall be the Indian law.

• The award of the arbitrator shall be final and conclusive and binding upon the Parties, and the Parties shall be entitled (but not obliged) to enter judgment thereon in any one or more of the highest courts having jurisdiction. The Parties further agree (to the maximum extent possible and allowed to them) that such enforcement shall be subject to the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and neither Party shall seek to resist the enforcement of any award in India on the basis that award is not subject to such provisions.

• The rights and obligations of the Parties under, or pursuant to, this Clause, including the arbitration agreement in this Clause, shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Nashik.
